Are you ready to discover Hardangervidda and Hallingskarvet from a luxurious, newly built cabin at Ustaoset, 1,000 meters above sea level? Designed by Hille Strandskogen, this cabin blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape, offering uninterrupted views and immediate access to nature.
The interior of the cabin is designed with a clean style and consistent use of knot-free pine, custom-made furniture, and large windows that fill the rooms with natural light. An open and functional room concept facilitates cozy moments together. The cabin also has a sauna with a spectacular view of Hallingskarvet.
The outdoor area is sheltered by local flora such as mountain birch and blueberry bushes, giving you the feeling of being at one with nature. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.
The area around Ustaoset offers fantastic opportunities for both cross-country and downhill skiing in winter, as well as hiking and cycling in summer. On an active day, you should definitely take a trip to Tuva or Prestholt for a good meal.
