Welcome to this lovely holiday home in Grønninghoved. The house is completely renovated and kept in light Nordic tones to create a peaceful atmosphere. It is located in the second row to the water with its own private path to the beach.
Inside you'll find an open plan living space with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light. The cottage has three bedrooms, an alcove and two bathrooms, one of which is large with a bathtub and sauna.
The large, partially covered terrace is perfect for enjoying the Danish summer weather and overlooks the water. The garden is large with a lawn, perfect for playing and relaxing all year round.
The area around Grønninghoved and Binderup Strand is ideal for families. Here you'll find scenic surroundings with forest, meadows and beach. Visit Kolding for shopping and other necessities, just 10 kilometers away. Binderup Strand has been voted Denmark's most child-friendly beach several times.
