An authentic Mediterranean vacation experience awaits you at this elegant villa in the heart of Sicily, just a few kilometers from the historic town of Noto. The large garden with saltwater pool and semicircular veranda offer breathtaking views of the Sicilian countryside.
The villa is on one level and impresses with its contemporary design. The bright living area opens onto the veranda, while three bedrooms-all three with private bathrooms-and a fully equipped kitchen offer every comfort for up to six people. There is also an outdoor bathroom with attached laundry area.
The 1000 m² private garden is a true paradise with olive, citrus and palm trees. A children's playground under the olive trees, a barbecue area and various terraces invite lingering. The saltwater swimming pool with solarium is the centerpiece of the outdoor area.
From here it is only a few minutes to the enchanting Vendicari nature reserve. The UNESCO baroque city of Noto is only 10 kilometers away, while Syracuse, Modica, and Ragusa are perfect destinations for day trips. The region is known for its culinary specialties such as Pachino tomatoes, Modica chocolate, and fine wines.
