About this house
Welcome to this newly built holiday home, perfectly located just a stone's throw from a lovely beach and with direct views of the Kattegat. Imagine quiet mornings on the terrace with a fresh cup of coffee while the sunrise is reflected in the calm surface of the sea.
The house is modernly furnished with an open kitchen, dining area and living room, all benefiting from the natural light and beautiful views. The main house has three bedrooms, while the separate annex offers extra privacy with its own shower and toilet.
The large natural plot the house sits on offers a sense of isolation from the stresses of everyday life, with extensive terrace areas ideal for relaxing in the sun or shade as needed. Although the vegetation around the house is still young, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities.
The local area offers numerous attractions, including a short distance to Rørvig Town, where cafés, restaurants and a charming harbor can be explored. The nature trails around Dybesø and Korshage invite you to take long walks or birdwatching trips where you can really get close to the local flora and fauna.
