About this house
You live in the heart of Copenhagen with a view of the lakes – yet it feels like your own little sanctuary. The home is spread over two floors with open spaces, original details from the 1800s, and a personal sound system in every room. There is room for four guests, with two bedrooms and a flexible layout.
Downstairs, you will find the kitchen and dining room with seating for six at the table, and an office that can easily be converted into an extra guest room. The first floor is completely open: the bedroom, living room with a biofireplace, and staircase flow together, creating an airy New York vibe. You wake up to a direct view of the lakes.
Outside, you have a small, secluded courtyard terrace that feels almost private. It is the perfect place for morning coffee, a quiet moment with a book or a glass of wine before heading out into the city. Although you share the courtyard with others, this corner feels like your own.
The area offers morning walks around the lakes, bike rides to Torvehallerne or Svanemøllen Strand, and local favorites such as Sinne Gas bakery just a few minutes' walk away. You are close to the pulse of the city, but with peace and space to breathe.
