About this house

This carefully restored 18th-century barn offers generous space and refined comfort. At the heart of the property, you will find an impressive 90 m² open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, where high ceilings, exposed stone walls, and large accordion glass doors create exceptional light.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a stove, an American-style refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a wine cellar, and a central island with stools. The glass doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool, with an outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge for your sunny afternoons.

The 11-meter infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and several seating areas. The summer kitchen, equipped with a barbecue, plancha, pizza oven, and refrigerator, is perfect for lingering lunches. Stairs lead to the Mediterranean garden planted with trees, herbs, and flowers. Five uniquely designed bedrooms, three with en suite bathrooms, ensure restful nights.

The village center with its traditional bakeries, shops, cafés, bars, and excellent restaurant is within walking distance. The Roman city of Narbonne is a 10-minute drive away. The Canal du Midi runs through Le Somail, 3 km away, ideal for bike rides. The beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage are half an hour's drive away.
