Here you’ll find an authentic family vacation home from 1977, featuring wood both inside and out. The furniture is unique and of high quality, and the house is situated on a large, natural lot right on the beach—less than a 5-minute walk away. There’s a swimming pier and fine sand here.
Inside, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere by the fireplace or relax in the sauna. The kitchen is well-equipped and opens directly onto the dining area and living room. The house has that authentic summer cottage feel that many know and love.
The large natural lot offers plenty of space for play and relaxation. In the shed, you’ll find toys for the kids, including swings, sand toys, and outdoor activities. There’s also a trampoline on the property.
The area is home to local families who have had homes here for many years. Take walks to Hyllekrog or Brundraget, visit Pilen for its views, or explore the charming towns of Nysted and Maribo. Knuthenborg Park and the Dodekalitterne are also within easy reach.
