You’ll find a bright and airy apartment with a modern Nordic style and an international touch. The 107 square meters feature a unique New York-inspired layout, where you walk directly into the large kitchen-dining area and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The apartment is furnished with designer furniture, lamps, and colors, as well as pieces, artwork, and artifacts collected from New York, Tanzania, and Copenhagen. You’ll find a large bookshelf with books in several languages, a desk, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a DAB radio. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookbooks, pots, a French press, and a coffee grinder for those of you who love to cook.

The terrace is right off the kitchen, with plenty of space to both enjoy the sun and eat at the large table. Here you’ll find lounge chairs, a parasol, and a raised garden bed with vegetables that you’re welcome to harvest. The sun shines from around 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the summer, and the terrace overlooks a large, enclosed green space where you can also eat or grill.

You’ll be staying close to Amagerbrogade and Christmas Møllers Plads, with their lovely shops, Alice Bakery, and ice cream parlor.
