About this house
In a quiet, secluded setting, this slightly vintage-style wooden house opens onto a large orchard dotted with old apple trees, featuring hammocks under the trees and a vegetable garden at the back. A bucolic spot just a stone’s throw from the Breton coast.
The interior features a tasteful blend of artisanal and vintage touches, with light flowing freely through every room. The house stays cool in summer thanks to the trees, and cozy in winter for off-season stays.
The vegetable garden awaits you at the back of the orchard for a little picking before or after a trip to the beach. Hiking trails start right behind the house, and the GR34—the customs officers’ trail running along the coast—is one of the area’s popular routes.
The beaches are 2 km away, including Godelins Beach. The ports of Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Binic are nearby; the town market is held 500 m away on Sundays and Tuesdays; and the bookstore and brunch spot Le Tagarin is 600 m away. You can reach Bréhat Island from Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
