Villa with pool, wilderness spa and star dome

About this house

This villa is an authentic retreat where comfort and nature blend harmoniously. Originally a farmhouse dating back to 1860 and carefully renovated, it welcomes you with its saltwater bio-pool, barrel sauna, Finnish hot tub, and a charming stone cellar. You can also enjoy an unforgettable experience in our Sky Room, a transparent dome where you can sleep under the stars.

The interiors combine rustic and modern elements to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two fireplaces provide coziness on cooler evenings, while every detail is carefully curated to ensure your utmost comfort. The stone cellar, accessible upon request, offers a unique space for convivial moments surrounded by authentic flavors.

The lush garden is the heart of the villa. Between the natural swimming pool, the barbecue area, the fire pit, and the outdoor patio, you’ll have everything you need for magical evenings al fresco. The evening lighting creates an enchanting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing amidst the tranquility of the Molise countryside.

Santa Maria del Molise awaits you with its Parco dei Mulini and the charming "lisce," ancient dwellings with stone roofs. You can explore the nature trails of the Matese, visit the Basilica of Castelpetroso, cross the Tibetan bridge in Roccamandolfi, or go skiing in Campitello Matese. Medieval villages, waterfalls, and authentic traditions will enrich your stay.
