Beautiful villa facing a large bucolic garden

About this house

The pool looks directly out onto a field and a small equestrian center, and that’s exactly what makes this vacation home so special. This 160-square-meter home in Villeneuve-Loubet is quiet, not overlooked by neighbors, and sunny all day long, set in an idyllic setting just outside the village.

The open-concept kitchen with a bar opens onto the living room and dining room. In winter, the huge picture window lets you enjoy the view of the fields from inside. The three bedrooms, well separated from the living area, each have a private bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Please note that the owner lives in a bungalow on the property with a small dog.

The 140 m² terrace surrounds the pool, and the approximately 1,000 m² garden includes a pétanque court and a gas grill. Walking trails run along the river in front of the house, a tree-top adventure course is accessible across from the fields, and river kayaking is available nearby.

The Vanade Golf Course is less than a 10-minute drive away, and the ocean is 3 km away via bike paths. Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are a 2-minute drive away. Nice and Cannes are 30 minutes away, and Monaco is 45 minutes away. In the village, the Lou Bar and the Auberge Fleurie offer fine wines and gourmet cuisine.
