This is a 16th-century Saracen tower, built to defend the Riviera dei Fiori from pirates. The property is set within a 2-hectare Mediterranean park featuring olive trees, cypresses, and palm trees, on the border between Italy and France, overlooking the Piana di Latte and the Ligurian Sea.

On the upper level of the tower, you’ll find a magnificent terrace, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Original period furnishings and architectural features remain intact, including a drawbridge. The grounds also feature a ping-pong table and a bocce court.

Latte Beach is a ten-minute walk away, offering bars, a restaurant, and both public and private beach areas. A well-stocked supermarket, featuring Italian specialties and a wide selection of wines, is within walking distance. The Hanbury Gardens, renowned for their botanical diversity, host classical music concerts and literary readings in the summer.
