About this house
This newly built wooden house from 2025 combines sustainability and modern comfort with its heat-treated wood cladding and large windows. Here you can enjoy natural light and a special atmosphere created by carefully selected recycled furniture.
The thoughtful layout of the house features bedrooms to the north and a bright kitchen-dining room to the south that opens directly onto the terrace. All rooms are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating and a practical annex houses laundry facilities.
The newly established garden provides a private oasis with a lawn facing south and west where you can enjoy the sun and fresh sea air. The garden is beautifully planted and screened from the neighboring plot for optimal privacy.
