Wellness villa with sea view in Brittany

About this house

You’ll have the entire property all to yourselves—with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view that stretches through nearly every room. The 210-square-meter villa offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests and has been awarded 5 stars by the French Tourism Board. Perfect for couples seeking exclusivity or for vacations with friends. The fully fenced property also welcomes dogs—including a dog shower with warm water.

The modern kitchen opens onto a spacious 80 m² living and dining area, offering you a direct view of the sea. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms surrounding the library with a balcony, including the 35 m² master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are generously sized, and even the bathrooms and showers offer plenty of space.

The centerpiece is the impressive 50 m² wellness area with a large window front: Here you’ll find a Finnish sauna and a 4-meter-long swimming Jacuzzi with a counter-current system and massage jets. The 30 m² sun terrace with a modern gas plancha grill invites you to relax and barbecue.

The location in Plouider in northern Finistère offers spectacular sunrises in the morning and enchanting sunsets in the evening—often accompanied by a sparkling starry sky. The turquoise-shimmering sea in summer and the nearby Côte des Légendes will make your stay unforgettable. Nearby, you’ll find the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant de La Butte.
