About this house
Your cabin is nestled in a stunning natural setting, surrounded by forests and mountains with 360-degree views. The spacious terrace is the heart of the home: a true private viewpoint overlooking the Miera River Valley, where you can enjoy breakfast while watching birds of prey and, with a bit of luck, roe deer near the house.
The renovation respects the traditional Pasiega essence, combining stone and wood with a modern and carefully curated interior design. The spacious and bright rooms create an architectural harmony that invites calm, perfect for unwinding surrounded by nature.
The cabin’s private setting is a refuge in itself, with green meadows and beech forests that invite peaceful walks. The location among limestone mountains offers you absolute privacy while you enjoy the ever-changing landscape.
Just a few minutes away, you can savor authentic local cuisine at a restaurant with incredible views of the highest part of the valley.
Near the restaurant lies the Zamina beech forest, the Covalruyo Viewpoint, and the Pasiega Cabins Trail.
The Cabárceno Natural Park, 25 km away, with its 750 hectares, is the largest semi-wild animal park in Spain and one of the largest in Europe.
Just 40 km away is the elegant city of Santander, and nearby you’ll discover many of the most spectacular beaches along the wild Cantabrian coast.
