Spanning several floors, this renovated historic building in Putbus is surrounded by mature trees and a park-like garden. Guests who stay here aren’t just staying in a vacation home—they’re staying in a tower with its own unique character and atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is an entryway with a guest restroom and direct access to the terrace. Above that are a kitchen-diner with a large dining table, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and finally the living room with a 270° panoramic view through large arched windows. At the very top: another bedroom and living area with a small rooftop terrace.

The open staircase with grating steps connects all levels and creates visual axes throughout the entire building. From the top, you can look all the way down to the ground floor. The garden, with its old trees and lush greenery, gives the feeling of living in a small private park.

You can easily reach Putbus Castle Park on foot—and it pairs well with a stroll through the circular Circus. For day trips, the island of Vilm is a great option (ferry from Lauterbach, limited space), as are the Lauterbach harbor and the Nautilus restaurant in the submarine in Neukamp, about 6 km away. The coastal path from Haus Goor to Groß Stresow along the Greifswald Bodden is easy to walk and also suitable for families.
