The 120 square meter terrace, facing south, west, and northwest, offers different levels for relaxation and sunbathing. Here you will also find an outdoor kitchen and a private outdoor shower with views of the sky and treetops. The hilly 1200 square meter plot includes a large lawn with a trampoline and areas with wild flora.
