Discover this newly built cottage with 1960s charm, perfectly located just 150 meters from the sea in Skummesslövstrand. Here you can combine beach life with active experiences all year round, while enjoying the sea view from the cozy sleeping loft.
The well-planned cottage of 28 square meters plus a 9 square meter sleeping loft is decorated with a distinct 60s feel. The large room offers a comfortable sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed, while the sleeping loft is accessed via a staircase and has a comfortable double bed with sea views. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped, and you have access to both a shower and Wi-Fi. The host's house is on the same property, but you have privacy with two private patios.
There is also a ping pong table, soccer goal, and dartboard for active moments. Enjoy the sun on the deck with lounge chairs facing the sea or gather for a barbecue dinner on the covered patio.
The location is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. You have Sweden's longest sandy beach as your neighbor, and within a few kilometers you will find everything from golf courses and padel courts to restaurants.
