Family villa with pool in Southern Corsica

About this house

Imagine your family gathered together in this villa, completely restored in 2023 and nestled in the heart of a 1.3-hectare park. From the 200-square-meter terrace, you can gaze out over a sea of greenery dotted with century-old olive trees, arbutus trees, and holm oaks. The secure 14 x 7-meter swimming pool offers a variety of settings for all ages.

The 100-square-meter open-plan living area combines a living room, kitchen, and dining room, bathed in natural light. The six air-conditioned bedrooms, all modular with direct access to the garden, are located at the rear of the house. A mezzanine dedicated to games, books, and movies will delight young and old alike. The 100-square-meter north patio is perfect for ping-pong games.

Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, and a chest filled with water games. A powerful swimming jet, a giant chessboard, and floating cushions complete this relaxation area. Hammocks scattered throughout the fragrant garden offer shady retreats for naps.

Set off to explore the vertiginous cliffs of Bonifacio, the sandbank of the island of Piana in Piantarella, or the Lavezzi Islands while diving. Try your hand at kitesurfing, hike on the Coscione plateau, or simply savor Corsican specialties in recommended trattorias. The surrounding maquis is fragrant with rosemary and immortelle.
