Our villa awaits you in a quiet spot between Pollença and Puerto Pollença, surrounded by nature and offering sweeping views of the mountains. Here you’ll find that special, unhurried Mediterranean pace, where each day is lived without haste and peace fills every corner.

The single-story villa combines comfort and warmth. The living-dining room, featuring a fireplace and Smart TV, opens directly onto the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen also has access to the outdoors. It features three air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Its recent redecoration brings in light and modern style, with natural materials and rustic details that preserve the authentic Mallorcan character.

The outdoor space takes center stage: an 8 × 4 m private pool, a spacious covered porch with a dining area for six, a covered barbecue area, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. All of this is surrounded by a generous garden where tranquility and privacy are guaranteed.
