About this house

This carefully restored 19th-century villa sits amid vineyards in Piedmont's rolling hills, offering space and character for gatherings of up to 18 guests. Seven bedrooms, each with private bathroom, provide comfort and privacy for families, friends, or special celebrations.

The well-equipped kitchen features two ovens, two dishwashers, an induction hob, and an additional gas cooker. You'll gather around the large dining table in the formal dining room or in the converted coach house, now a charming pizzeria with wood-fired oven. A games room with billiard table and other entertainment options keep everyone occupied.

Outside, the spacious terrace invites you to linger with its outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and ample seating. The heated 12-metre swimming pool nestles among the vines, offering stunning views across the estate. A covered carport provides plenty of parking.

Wine tours and tastings with the host’s own organic wine are available upon request, giving guests the opportunity to experience the estate and its wine production more closely.

Fubine Monferrato places you in the heart of Piedmont's wine country, just 90 minutes from Milan, Turin, and Genoa. The renowned wine towns of Nizza Monferrato, Asti, and Vignale lie within 30 minutes. Explore gentle hills, vineyards, and the peaceful landscape of this historic wine region.
