Architect villa with pool near Scala dei Turchi

About this house

This villa, featuring panoramic views and a private pool, is nestled amidst olive groves and vineyards, where modern minimalism blends seamlessly with Sicilian rural tradition. The 2023 renovation has transformed this old country house into a design paradise, while preserving the authentic spirit of the place and creating new vantage points overlooking the sea and sunsets.

The stylish interior consists of three bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a kitchen, featuring large panoramic windows that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. The spacious bathroom has a modern shower stall, while the induction kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning ensure your comfort in all seasons.

Outside, you’ll find the pool, which blends into the landscape, stone benches where you can relax in the shade, and the “casa del forno”: an annex with a stone kitchen area, a traditional pizza oven, and a grill. The garden stretches among olive trees, almond trees, grapevines, and vegetable patches, featuring an outdoor shower where you can cool off under the Sicilian sky.

The hilly location offers you absolute tranquility and strategic proximity: in 5 to 10 minutes, you can reach the Valley of the Templars, Scala dei Turchi, Farm Cultural Park, and the beaches. Here you’ll discover authentic Sicily, nestled between nature, culture, and total seclusion, with vegetables from the kitchen garden at your disposal depending on the season.
