Your finca stands alone among orange trees and olive groves—a peaceful retreat with a pool, a Mediterranean garden, and an outdoor kitchen for your exclusive use. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests, a number we've intentionally limited to ensure everyone has plenty of space. Everyone can enjoy their own private area while you cook and dine together at the long farmhouse table in the spacious kitchen or outside on the terrace.

Seven bedrooms are spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces, as well as a separate wing with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second kitchen with a living area. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a rooftop terrace and ocean views. Two fully equipped kitchens with gas stoves, an outdoor kitchen with induction hobs, a BBQ station and a large gas plancha invite you to cook. In winter, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide warmth. A large Mediterranean garden full of roses surrounds the saltwater pool with a whirlpool, shielding it from outside view. Twelve wooden sun loungers, a garden bed under the pergola, a ping-pong table, a boules set and a hammock are available for your use. You can borrow a picnic basket, beach umbrella and SUP. Free Wi-Fi, two TVs and a soundbar are included. The Baix Maestrat region offers historic towns such as Peñíscola, with its Templar castle by the sea, and the medieval town of Morella. North of the castle stretches a five-kilometre-long sandy beach with a promenade, bars and restaurants; to the south, at the harbour, lies the small, quiet Playa Sur. Both beaches slope gently into the water and are just a few minutes’ walk from the old town. The lively coastal town of Vinaròs, with its fishing port and market hall, is 20 minutes away. Explore the Sierra de Irta Nature Reserve, the beaches of the Ebro Delta, or enjoy fresh oysters right at the oyster beds. Go hiking, biking, or snorkelling in hidden coves, or play golf at the Panorámica Golf, Sport & Resort—designed by Bernhard Langer—which is kept in top condition year-round and suitable for players of all handicaps. The region offers a wealth of possibilities.
