In the heart of Ringebufjellet, you will find an authentic mountain hut where tranquility reigns and magnificent views of the Norwegian mountains welcome you. Here you can experience authentic Norwegian mountain life in a well-preserved mountain pasture area where a few farms are still in operation.
The cabin has been carefully renovated with a focus on preserving its original charm, while also making it practical and comfortable. Solar cells provide power for basic needs, and the absence of running water creates an authentic mountain experience.
The surrounding grounds provide you with a perfect base from which to enjoy mountain life. Here you can sit outside and enjoy the breathtaking view of the landscape while you let the peace and quiet sink in.
From the cabin, you have direct access to an impressive network of hiking trails. Explore the mountains or enjoy peaceful walks on the flat terrain. A short drive along Friisvegen opens up even more hiking opportunities, and in the charming village of Ringebu you will find both good shops and the highly recommended restaurant Annies Pølsemakeri.
