Stylish summer house on a beautiful natural plot

About this house

You’ll find a home with character and plenty of space to spread out. The large common room, with a fireplace at its center, creates natural areas for both socializing and play. The loft is the kids’ favorite spot, with hammocks, hideouts, and trampolines, while you adults can enjoy the cozy living area and outdoor life on the terrace.

Inside, you’ll be greeted by high ceilings and a well-thought-out aesthetic that invites contemplation and togetherness. Puzzles on the floor, reading nooks, and play areas create a lively atmosphere. The annex offers a secluded space with large windows facing the garden, perfect when you need some peace and quiet.

The 2,200-square-meter lot offers endless opportunities for hide-and-seek, Frisbee, and exploration. A forest path runs along the back garden with no visible neighbors, and at the far end, you’ll find the fire pit, where you can roast sausages and make twist bread under the open sky.

Hald Strand is within walking distance through the woods—a sandy beach with turquoise waters reminiscent of the Caribbean in the summer. Visit the nature playground in Frederiksværk, the eco-village Dyssekilde, or the Tothaven visitor farm. Lynæs Madbar serves sourdough bread and Vild Is, while Kikhavn and Knud Rasmussen’s House invite you to take atmospheric walks along the coast.
