Flat with terrace in Nordhavn

About this house

This apartment is home to people who love to cook and don’t care for unnecessary clutter. It’s bright and modern and is located in Nordhavn, a neighborhood that buzzes with city life without the traffic noise of the more central streets. Out on the street, you often hear languages from all over the world.

The kitchen is well-equipped and taken seriously, and the sofa folds out into a full-size double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there is plenty of space at the sink.

The terrace is perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun with a view of the water. If you want more space, there is access to the rooftop terrace. The building’s courtyard is fenced in with a security gate, and children are often playing in the sandbox or kicking a ball around here.

Nordhavn has metro and S-train service, making the rest of Copenhagen easy to reach. The building itself houses over six restaurants, and along the boardwalk you’ll find everything from pizza by the water to fine dining. On cold days, there are several saunas within walking distance in your bathrobe, and three supermarkets cover your everyday needs.
