Villa with private pool very close to Florence

About this house

This modern farmhouse welcomes you to the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by 300 hectares of unspoiled nature. The villa overlooks a valley crossed by a stream, with a small lake and the majestic cliffs of Valdarno in the background.

The 14x6 meter private saltwater swimming pool, with hot tub and heating option, is the real jewel of the property. Next to the pool is a separate apartment with a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The pool area offers sun loungers, umbrellas, a gazebo with a living area, a barbecue, and a room with a shower, changing room, and sauna.

The villa is on two levels with elegant rooms featuring exposed beams and ceiling decorations. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, TV area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The five bedrooms are distributed over two floors: two on the first floor and three on the second, accessible via a solid wood staircase. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. The property has four full bathrooms.

The paved and fenced courtyard houses the tavern, a convivial space with a large table, central fireplace, and kitchen equipped with a barbecue, pizza oven, and slicer.

The flat road surrounding the property is perfect for your morning runs, walks with your four-legged friends, or for children to play safely. The villa is also easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties thanks to its step-free access.
