About this house
At this spacious location with its own jetty, you can leave your worries behind. The 3000 square meter plot is secluded, and 80 percent of the area is natural terrain where you can move around freely. Here you have your own jetty with a bathing ladder, and it is possible to moor your own boat.
The cabin has plenty of indoor space, and the terrace is bathed in sunshine from morning to evening in the summer. Ample parking right outside the door makes it easy to load and unload.
You have the entire secluded natural plot to yourself. The jetty is a great place to swim or just sit and enjoy the view of the water.
Sørlandsbadet is ten minutes away by car, and Lyngdal town center can be reached in twelve minutes. There you will find grocery stores, restaurants, a cinema, and playgrounds. Lista Adrenalin Park in Farsund offers trampolines, go-karts, and escape rooms. Lindesnes, Norway's southernmost point, is 46 minutes away, and Kristiansand with its zoo can be reached in an hour and a quarter.
