Are you in urgent need of a change of scenery? At the small house on the edge of the forest in Elpe, you will find peace and nature without sacrificing comfort. The vacation home, newly built in 2021, can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is perfect for couples or families with children.
The 50 square meters of living space include a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy sofa, and a crackling wood-burning stove. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom – everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The garden has a special surprise in store: a rustic barrel sauna. After a day of geocaching or mountain biking, you can relax and recharge your batteries here.
Elpe is a quiet village in the heart of the Sauerland region. Hiking trails and bike routes start right outside the front door. Winterberg, Olsberg, and Meschede are a 15-minute drive away. The nearest ski slope in Winterberg is only 10 minutes away.
