Design farmhouse with jacuzzi among vineyards

About this house

This late 19th-century Piedmontese farmhouse welcomes you just a stone’s throw from Alba, in the heart of the Langhe. Completely renovated with high-quality finishes, it combines traditional charm with modern comfort. Three independent units, a heated Jacuzzi tub, and views of the vineyards await you for an unforgettable stay.

The interior spaces blend elegance and functionality. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with leather sofas and a fully equipped kitchen, while the first floor features two bedrooms with private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and smart TVs. On the second floor, the “Marisa” suite and the “Franco” studio offer complete privacy with private entrances and panoramic views.

The garden with its English lawn is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular sunsets, while the covered patio overlooking the vineyards is ideal for lunches and dinners in every season. The heated Jacuzzi tub completes the experience of pure relaxation.

Hiking trails through the vineyards start right from the property, one of which leads directly to Alba. The villages of Barolo and Barbaresco await you with their historic wineries. For a coffee, head to Piazza Michele Ferrero or Piazza del Duomo, the beating heart of the city.
