Surrounded by idyllic fields and with the sea just 400 meters from the front door, you'll find this beautiful old half-timbered house from 1880. Here you can explore the rich animal and bird life up close, whether on land, sea or air. With its unique location right in the middle of a Natura 2000 area, you can see sea eagles soaring in the sky above the courtyard and in the backyard you'll find the Kalløgrå nature reserve, where you can experience the beautiful sea cove and a wealth of Wadden Sea birds. The farmhouse has been carefully renovated with respect for the house's history, and with its 173 square meters, it can be the setting for a multi-generational holiday. The house is decorated in an authentic style and has four spacious rooms with room for both young and old. Prepare a lovely family dinner in the large kitchen while the family talks from the dining room. Curl up on the sofa with an exciting book or pour a cold glass of wine and enjoy the scenery and the sunset over the bay from the house's beautiful wooden terrace. In the garden, the children can play freely with a fire pit and football goal while you relax with the best views of the islands, Askø, Fejø and Femø. The beautiful natural beach just a few minutes' walk from the house has shallow water so the children can swim, and there are plenty of opportunities for kayaking and paddleboarding. You and your family can also take an excursion to Knuthenborg Safari Park, swim at Nysted Strand or take a trip to Sakskøbing to enjoy the more vibrant life. There's something for everyone.
