The cabin has plenty of room for the whole extended family. The large kitchen has a table for 10–12 people, perfect for shared meals. Three bathrooms distributed between the cabin and the annex provide great comfort. The cozy nook in the kitchen is a nice place to retreat with a good book. Board games are ready for social moments together.

The terrace wraps around much of the cabin, and the outdoor area is paved with flagstones. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the natural surroundings. In the summer, sheep and cows graze around the cabin, while hares, squirrels, and grouse make appearances in the winter. Nature is never far away.

The cross-country ski trail runs right outside, and the downhill runs are in the immediate vicinity. Geilo offers activities year-round: ski resorts, a climbing park, biking, and swimming in the Ustedalsfjord. The Prestholtseter mountain café and the Sherpa Stairs up to Hallingskarvet National Park are popular hiking destinations both in summer and winter.
