Apartment with pool on a Mallorcan farmstead

About this house

This apartment occupies the ground floor of the traditional Mallorcan estate in the municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. Its private terrace overlooking the estate’s surroundings and its well-laid-out 41 m² make this apartment a comfortable option for four people.

There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a full bathroom. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and is designed to make your stay convenient for both couples and families.

The estate features an outdoor pool surrounded by gardens, a modern sun deck with wooden decking and lounge chairs, a children’s play area, a barbecue, an organic vegetable garden, a communal dining area, and a TV room. You can relax by the pool with views of the countryside while the children play just a few steps away.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is located on the eastern coast of Mallorca, deep in the Llevant mountains. From here, you can easily reach the island’s main beaches and explore the rural and natural landscape of this part of the east coast.
