About this house
Between Goult and Roussillon, this Provençal house welcomes you to a shaded 5,400 m² garden. Recently built with the charm of an old sheepfold, it combines summer freshness and authenticity. You can enjoy direct access to walks and bike rides through the vineyards and surrounding forest.
The interior offers four bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, two additional bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The living room with TV and fiber optic internet opens onto a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The cooking area, with electric hob and oven, is open to the living room.
The garden has three wrought iron gazebos, each with a table for 6 to 8 people, ideal for al fresco dining. The 6×12 m swimming pool (heating optional) is perfect for relaxing. Deckchairs, garden furniture and a stone fountain complete this green space.
Roussillon is a 30-minute walk away via a forest path. Visit the Ochre Trail, the Provençal Colorado in Rustrel, or Sénanque Abbey. The hilltop villages of Gordes, Ménerbes, and Lourmarin await you, as do the weekly markets and wine estates in the surrounding area.
