This 110m² village house combines Scandinavian design with Atlantic seaside influences. Completely redesigned by an interior designer, it offers bright spaces with raw materials and a refined style. You have access to a private terrace with a heated swimming pool, surrounded by high walls.
On the ground floor, the large 60m² living room with polished concrete floors is centered around a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area near the fireplace, and a living room with Scandinavian armchairs. Upstairs, a steel staircase leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master suite with a bathtub.
The patio terrace opens onto large bay windows. You can enjoy the swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees from June to mid-September, garden furniture, and a plancha grill. The property is enclosed by walls for complete privacy. Access is easy for unloading, and parking spaces are available in the village.
Located a few steps from the charming Place des Tilleuls, the house is on the Île de Ré, the fourth largest island in mainland France. Accessible from La Rochelle, it stretches over 30km and offers bike paths, beaches, and a peaceful atmosphere. Paris is 3 hours away by train, Bordeaux 2 hours.
