Welcome to Tibirkestuen på Sandet, an authentic Norwegian log house from 1914, where history meets the tranquility of nature. Here you can experience a unique combination of architectural craftsmanship and tranquility, surrounded by untouched nature.
The interior of the house is characterized by carefully carved wooden decorations and custom-designed furniture created specifically for this home. The Norwegian architectural style is evident in every nook and cranny, and the original details have been preserved with great respect for the house's history. The house has low ceilings in several places and there are many staircases.
From the natural grounds you have direct access to the forest, and since the surrounding land is undeveloped, you get a rare feeling of being completely alone in nature. Deer and birds often visit, creating a special atmosphere around the house.
You have easy access to the area's many attractions, with Asserbo Castle Ruins as your closest neighbor. Tisvilde Hegn offers excellent mountain bike routes, and you can enjoy both Liseleje and Tisvildeleje beach or take a dip at Stængehus free swimming beach. Restaurant Tinggården is also within easy reach and the area is known for its cozy antique and flea markets.
