This apartment with a pool and air conditioning is nestled among vineyards and olive groves on the hills near Lamporecchio and Vinci and is part of an old, newly renovated farmhouse where tradition and modern comfort blend harmoniously. Its privileged location offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a terrace furnished for al fresco dining on the same level. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals using local ingredients. The bedroom, complete with a TV, ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the modern bathroom rounds out the air-conditioned interior.
The shared garden is an oasis of relaxation, equipped with an outdoor dining area and a ping-pong table. The real gem is the 6x12-meter swimming pool nestled among the olive trees, where you can cool off on hot summer days (open from May 15 to October 15).
