**Historic Wooden House with Fjord Views

About this house

This traditional wooden house stands just a few steps from the fjord in Råkvåg, and the family's owned it for generations. Here you'll find bright rooms with white-painted wooden walls, traditional details, and a blend of old family furniture and modern comforts—a home with soul and history.

Inside, you can gather around the large wooden table for leisurely breakfasts and dinners, or relax in the living room with a view of the water. The bedrooms are simple and peaceful, with charming details that reflect the house’s character. This is an authentic family home, not a newly renovated holiday home.

Outside, a green garden surrounds the house, offering several spots to sit and enjoy the day. The terrace's perfect for morning coffee, long summer meals, or relaxing in the sun. From the garden, you can see the fjord, and the historic waterfront in Råkvåg's just a short walk away.

Råkvåg's a charming coastal village surrounded by the beautiful nature of Fosen. You can stroll along the historic waterfront with its old wooden piers, hike to Grønskardklumpen for views of the Stjørnfjord, or enjoy fishing, kayaking and swimming in the fjord. Here, the sea, nature and history come together in a peaceful, authentic coastal setting.
