About this house
On a natural plot in Ardre, just 2.4 kilometers from the sea, lies this modern vacation home built by Sommarnöjen, where the boundary between indoors and outdoors is blurred by large windows. When the bluebells bloom in June, the plot is transformed into a rolling blue sea that embraces the house.
The beautiful interior design from the Gotland furniture company G.A.D. creates a harmonious atmosphere. The built-in beds and work surface in the bedroom make efficient use of the space. The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with washer and dryer.
The wooden terrace serves as a natural extension of the living room through the large sliding doors. The natural ground has been preserved in its original condition to maintain the authentic Gotland feeling as close to the house as possible.
There are golf courses and padel courts within walking distance in the neighborhood. Visit the beautiful Folhammar raukmark with its barbecue areas, explore the Mullvalds salt meadows nature reserve, or enjoy summer evenings at the Bruna dörren restaurant with live music and SUP rentals. Ljugarn's center with shops and restaurants is only four kilometers away.
