About this house
This 300 m² stone farmhouse on the Costa Brava combines rustic charm with everything you need to unwind. The private pool, on-site parking, and air conditioning (renovated in 2027) make it a comfortable base for eight people—or up to ten if you're travelling with children.
The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and stunning—a space where you can cook and chat at the same time. The 80-square-metre living room with a fireplace is perfect for cosy winter evenings by the fire. There are two king-size suites with en suite bathrooms and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The porch serves as an outdoor dining area for long, leisurely meals. The private garden includes a barbecue, and high-speed 1000 Mb Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Parties and events aren't permitted on the property.
The area's quiet, and the beach's 7 km away. Nearby, you can visit the Dalí Museum-Theatre in Figueres or the artist’s birthplace in Port Lligat, Cadaqués. There are also nearby activities such as golf, skydiving, hiking, kitesurfing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
