Farmhouse with sauna, hot tub and mountain view

About this house

This traditional farmhouse welcomes you amidst the Marche countryside, where the view of the mountains will take your breath away. The natural swimming pool is carved into the ground and lined with sand and resin, while the panoramic terrace features a heated hot tub and a Finnish sauna—both accommodating six people—with views of the surrounding hills.

The interior retains the original structure that once housed farming families, enriched with unique handcrafted details. Two bedrooms feature custom-made furnishings crafted from reclaimed materials, while the ground-floor bathroom boasts a wooden vanity top made from the barn. On the first floor, you’ll find a brick bathroom in natural tones and a spacious living room with a fireplace, piano, and sofa bed.

The outdoor patio is the heart of the property: a large wooden table with 20 chairs, wicker sofas, and seasonal decorations. In the panoramic garden, you’ll discover a wrought-iron bed perfect for stargazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and outside you’ll find a barbecue for convivial gatherings.

The Marche region offers an extraordinary heritage right at your fingertips: the Frasassi Caves, the Basilica of Loreto, and the beaches of Sirolo are all within a 30-minute drive. Nearby, you’ll find the Canfaito Woods, the Sferisterio in Macerata, and a water park just 5 km away, ideal for families.
