Welcome to a truly unique living experience at Vannkunsten Syd in Bjørvika. The award-winning buildings were designed by the Danish architectural firm Vandkunsten and are situated so that the fjord water winds through channels right beneath the balcony. Here, you literally live on the water, surrounded by facades of beautiful, shimmering Otta slate.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy atmosphere with large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. The large wooden dining table invites you to enjoy long dinners under a designer lamp, accompanied by a living work of art in deep ocean tones. The modern kitchen features a delicate shade of green, and the large kitchen island serves as the home’s natural gathering spot.

The private balcony is furnished with a seating area, green plants, and a grill. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evenings while looking out over the canals and the water just below. The bathroom is tiled in large, warm shades of gray with light wood fixtures, a spacious glass shower, and a washer and dryer.

Start your day with a refreshing morning swim right outside the apartment, followed by an organic brunch at Kumi by the water’s edge. Visit the majestic Munch Museum and the award-winning Deichman Bjørvika Library. Take a trip up to Ekebergskogen, featuring a sculpture park, a petting zoo, and magical sunset views over the Oslo Fjord.
