Charming summer house on Bornholm close to beach

About this house

When you arrive at the property, you’ll find a classic, sunny-yellow wooden cottage, beautifully framed by tall pine trees. Everything here exudes peace, and the tiled terrace immediately invites you to embrace the slow pace of vacation life. Settle into the hammock with a good book, or enjoy the warm hours under the parasol while the tranquility of the forest settles over you.

Inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere continues. The decor strikes a beautiful balance between the modern kitchen in muted earth tones and the living room, which exudes personality. Here you’ll find carefully selected details that together create a cozy setting for your vacation.

The heart of the house is the bright living room, where the large corner sofa invites you to spend time with family, enjoy movie nights, or take a much-needed afternoon nap. Through the large windows, you have a full view of the green garden and the trees of the forest, so nature always feels close by. When darkness falls, you can retreat to the house’s cozy bedrooms—one of which is accessed by crossing the terrace.

Based in Østre Sømarken, you’ll find yourself in the green heart of Bornholm. You’re surrounded by beautiful nature and deep forests that invite you to take long hikes and cycling adventures. At the same time, the central location on the island means that whether you dream of exploring the island’s cliffs to the north, the child-friendly sandy beaches on the south coast, or a cozy afternoon in one of the island’s many harbor towns, it’s all just a short drive away.
