Mediterranean villa with pool and fruit garden

About this house

This villa, featuring Mediterranean architecture, is nestled in a wooded area offering complete privacy, surrounded by a garden with orange, lime, and fig trees. No neighbors are in sight, and the large veranda surrounding the saltwater pool, along with the various terraces, make the outdoor area the focal point of the property.

The farmhouse has been completely renovated and features an ultramodern kitchen and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The original Mediterranean architecture has been preserved, but the interior meets contemporary standards, making it comfortable for both families with children and groups of friends.

The five bedrooms and bathrooms offer enough space for each guest to have their own private area, while the common areas open onto the veranda and terraces. The saltwater pool is integrated into the fruit garden, where the trees provide natural shade during the hottest months.

The villa is located in the golf valley, with more than 20 courses within a 30-minute drive. Puerto Banús and Marbella’s old town, with their restaurants and nightlife, are just 10 minutes away, and the beach is also a 10-minute drive away.
