The coast and the Tuscan Apennines are just over half an hour away by car, and many of Tuscany’s major cities are about half an hour away. The area is still relatively untouched by tourism, ensuring a peaceful stay even during the busiest months.

The medieval village of Buggiano Castello is worth a stroll, while in Colle di Buggiano you can enjoy an aperitif at the local club or a pizza in the town square. In Montecatini Alto, take the funicular up to enjoy the view, have some gelato, or sit in the town square for dinner.
