Perched atop a hill facing Pic Saint-Loup, this Japanese-inspired villa combines minimalist architecture with Mediterranean nature. Designed for total immersion in tranquility, it offers 300 m² of space where the interior and exterior interact through bay windows, interior gardens, and wooden terraces.
The double-height living room opens onto an 11 × 6 meter infinity pool. The master suite has a private hammam and a chromotherapy bathtub. Three other bedrooms open onto private terraces. The mezzanine houses a library, office, TV room, and fitness equipment.
Wooden terraces surround the pool, nestled between landscaped gardens and umbrella pines. Everywhere you look, you can see the scrubland, the Pic Saint-Loup mountains, and the changing light of the Languedoc. It's the perfect setting for al fresco dining, summer siestas, and starry evenings.
Close to Montferrier-sur-Lez and Saint-Clément-de-Rivière, you can enjoy a rare balance: unspoiled nature and quick access to Montpellier (20 minutes) and the Mediterranean beaches (30 minutes). There is a golf course 15 minutes away. Pic Saint-Loup offers hiking trails and vineyards.
