Between the cedar hot tub under the palm trees, the hammock suspended under the pine trees, and the living room with a bird's-eye view of the water, every space invites you to relax.

The reception rooms open generously onto the harbor: a large living room with a fireplace, a raised dining room to watch the boats come and go, and a fully equipped kitchen. Renovated in 2023, the villa incorporates geothermal energy for greater energy independence.

Take the coastal path at the foot of the villa to reach the historic center of Vannes and its medieval ramparts. Cross the footbridge to the pine forest of Pointe des Émigrés and on to Conleau. Embark for Île-aux-Moines, Île d'Arz, or Gavrinis from the pier 10 minutes away.
