The 70 m² cottage extends over two floors and offers plenty of space to relax with its 3.5 rooms. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the garden, a stylish shower room, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The open gallery on the upper floor leads to two comfortable bedrooms with double beds.
The lovingly landscaped garden has two sunny terraces that invite you to linger. A cozy seating area with a sun sail, a gas grill, and various loungers ensure relaxing hours outdoors. The thatched shed provides space for bicycles and beach accessories.
From here, you can reach Lake Selent or the beaches of Hohwacht in just a few minutes. The medieval town of Lütjenburg with its shopping facilities is only a 5-minute drive away. Popular destinations such as Fehmarn, Grömitz, or Timmendorfer Strand can be reached in 20-45 minutes.
