About this house
Enjoy summer living where the line between indoors and outdoors blurs. Multiple doors opening in different directions and a cozy sunroom allow you to enjoy the garden regardless of the weather. The secluded garden wraps around the house, featuring a lounge area, a pool area, and a terrace under the grapevine that creates a Mediterranean feel.
The bright house features an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen and a kitchen island for social cooking. Airy bedrooms, spacious bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs, and beautiful hardwood floors. The dining room is perfect for dinners, and on the upper level there is a family room with a TV. From the loft, you have the best view of the sea through two skylights.
Three spacious patios provide space for morning coffee, poolside relaxation, and barbecue evenings. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 50 meters away, and Gislöv’s picturesque guest harbor is within walking distance. A fireplace for cozy evenings complements this peaceful retreat.
Explore Skåne’s beech forests, Beddinge Beach, Falsterbo, Malmö, Ystad, and Österlen. Copenhagen is within easy reach, and the proximity to golf courses, the sea, and nature makes the area perfect for your vacation.
Please note that the pool offers refreshing dips in the open air and is ready for use from early June to late September (unheated).
