The first floor has four elegant bedrooms, including two luxury suites with private bathrooms, as well as a panoramic balcony.

The exterior is a dream come true: the infinity pool offers golden sunsets over the hills, while the heated jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing under the stars. The panoramic terrace and loggia invite you to dine at sunset. A separate guesthouse with kitchen completes the property.

San Gimignano with its medieval towers is 25 minutes away, and Certaldo, Boccaccio's birthplace, is 15 minutes away. Within an hour, you can visit Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca, and enjoy unique experiences such as wine tastings, truffle hunting, and cooking classes.

Use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is included in the rental price, but pool heating incurs additional costs: €300 for the initial start-up, followed by €0.90 per kWh based on consumption; we have a meter, and I take photos of the reading upon arrival and departure in the presence of the guests.
